A one-time $15 packaging fee is added to your first order to help cover the bags and packaging used for our meal prep service. Pickup orders come in sturdy brown paper bags. Deliveries use a black insulated tote with an ice pack. The fee applies to all new customers, including those who start with pickup; if you switch to delivery later, your tote will be provided then.

All orders must be completed BEFORE 11am every Tuesday for the upcoming Saturday and Sunday pick up and Monday delivery.
Portion sizes can feel different depending on your appetite. Our main meals are sold as single servings: some customers with smaller appetites find one meal can feed about 1-2 people, while others find a single serving is just right for one. À la carte items are also sold by the serving. Most items have a one-serving minimum unless otherwise noted.
Proteins are typically 6oz per serving, carbs are usually 3-5oz per serving, and vegetables are typically 3-5oz per serving.
Reheating and assembly instructions are printed on each meal container. Most meals can be reheated in the microwave, but for the best quality, we recommend using a toaster oven, conventional oven, or stovetop when the label instructions allow.
