How It Works

Step 1

Click "Order" and select your delivery/pick-up date. Then pick your meals and proceed to checkout. Create an account or login and then complete your order!

Step 2

Your meals will be delivered to your doorstep or you can pick it up at our store location.

Step 3

Heat in either the microwave or stove then enjoy your delicious and freshly prepared meals!

Frequently Asked Questions

In an effort to keep our carbon footprint low and to not add costs to your bill, we sanitize and reuse all delivery bags and ice packs. We don’t charge you for the delivery bags unless they don’t get returned. We charge a $10 non-refundable fee for each bag that isn’t returned on your next pick up or delivery day, or is returned unusable. This fee is simply to cover the cost of the purchase of each bag we need to replace.

If you return the bag to our kitchen anytime between 8am and 4pm on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays, the $10 that we debit to cover the cost of the bag will be credited to your account and go towards your next order.

Please only return the ice packs we deliver to you. While we appreciate you passing on ice packs from other delivery services, we can’t accept those. If an ice pack springs a leak, you may throw it out. We won’t charge for ice pack replacements, but we appreciate the mindfulness of returning them. 

  • You will receive a text the morning of your delivery day with a reminder of your upcoming delivery.
  • Please place our ice packs inside the empty tote bags from your previous delivery.
  • Place the tote bag on your front porch first thing in the morning on delivery days for us to pick up as we drop off fresh food. Placing them outside first thing in the morning will ensure we won’t miss grabbing it when we deliver.
  • Fully prepared meals and à la carte items, as you have ordered.
  • 100% recyclable and compostable containers with your meals packaged family-style. All our containers are 100% recyclable. Some of them are even made from plant-based bioplastic that will naturally degrade to nutrient-rich organic materials. Place any carboard containers in your organics bin. All plastic can go in your recycling bin.
  • Labels that include reheat instructions.
  • Cooler tote bag and ice pack

We don’t currently offer nutrition information.

Yes! We offer some modifications on meals that include gluten free, dairy free, low carb, and plant-based. We also provide you with the ability to eliminate or swap out a selection of ingredients.

The deadline to place orders for the next Saturday pick up or Sunday/Monday delivery is Tuesdays by 1PM.

1 serving of a meal is enough for 1 adult. Meals and á la carte times are sold by the 1 serving. You can order a minimum of 1 serving of most items.

Proteins are typically 6oz per serving, carbs are usually 3-5oz per serving, and vegetables are typically 3-5oz per serving. 

We provide reheat and assembly instructions on the labels of the meal containers. Most everything can be heated in the microwave, although our preference is the toaster oven or conventional oven or stovetop, which helps the food reach its best quality when reheated.

After you register or sign into your account, you’ll be asked to select a pick up or delivery date. You can also make your selection on the checkout page.

Pick ups are made from our kitchen in Livermore and are currently available on Saturdays between 2pm and 4pm. We are at:

61 Rickenbacker Circle, Door A, in Livermore.

Deliveries are Sundays and Mondays between 9am and 3pm.
