The black cooler bags that we use to deliver your food are reusable. A non-refundable fee of $15 will be charged for your first delivery to cover the cost of your bag, which is yours to keep if you decide to not place another order.
For repeat orders, we kindly ask that you return your bag and ice pack each week you place an order. On the morning of your delivery, place the bag and ice pack outside your front door for us to collect when we deliver your next order, or bring it to the kitchen for pick ups. We sanitize and keep them clean to re-use for your next order. It’s one of the ways to keep our carbon footprint down in this type of business.
What if I forget to return my bag?
We understand that life happens and you may sometimes forget to return bags.
Bag drop offs at our kitchen can be made on the next Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday after your last pick up or delivery, any time between 8am and 4pm. Someone will be at the kitchen to collect returned bags during these days and times.

What if my ice pack springs a leak?
Throw it out. We won’t charge for ice pack replacements, but we appreciate the mindfulness of returning them. Please only return the ice packs we deliver to you. While we appreciate you passing on ice packs from other delivery services, we can’t accept those.
